Our bond cleaning service is designed to meet the expectations of all property managers and real estate inspections.
We complete a detailed clean of all rooms and areas inside the property - including: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, skirting boards, windows, and built-in cupboards.
Our Goal is to leave the property fresh, hygienic, and ready for handover.

Our cleaning process follows a detailed end-of-lease checklist used by various real estate agencies to help ensure the property meets required standards and is RTA compliant.
If any items from our checklist are requested to be amended by the property manager after the clean, we’ll return to the address free of charge as part of our service guarantee.
